Shipping & Delivery

At ShivaSympathy.com, we know that when you send a Shiva gift, timing and reliability matter. We work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, fresh, and handled with care.


Order Processing

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding national and Jewish holidays.

Most orders are shipped the same day they're placed.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff Times

To qualify for same-day shipping, your order must be placed by:

  • 3:00 PM Eastern Time

  • 12:00 PM Pacific Time

Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day.


Delivery Days

We ship and deliver Monday through Friday.
There is no shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays.

Please Note: The day your order ships is not counted as a day in transit.


Shipping Methods

All orders include free expedited shipping. Most packages arrive within one business day after being shipped.

We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.


Perishable Items

Gifts that include fresh fruit, bagels, lox, dairy, or baked goods are shipped via overnight delivery in insulated packaging.

To ensure freshness, we recommend notifying the recipient in advance so they can receive the package when it arrives.


Same-Day Hand Delivery in NYC & Los Angeles

Same-day hand delivery is available in select neighborhoods in New York City and Los Angeles.

  • Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM local time

  • Available Sunday through Friday

  • Delivered by a local courier (not FedEx or UPS)

If you need same-day delivery, we recommend calling us to confirm availability before placing your order.


Delivery Issues

Please double-check that the recipient's name, address, and contact information are accurate.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to receive it, we will do our best to assist with redelivery. Additional charges may apply in some cases.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order has been shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
